So, let's all be honest, 2020 has sucked in numerous ways. Before Christmas day this year, I hadn't left the since May and even when I did leave the house on Christmas I had to abide by social distancing rules and couldn't properly celebrate with my family. This has been the weirdest years of my life. To add on top I haven't been in work all year due to my mental health.
However, some good things have come out of this year. Animal Crossing was released and I'm a huge fan of this game series. I just helps calm me and distracts me from the troubles of day to day life. I also had a lot of time to read and for the first time started to take part in blog tours and Tandem Collective readalongs! I also took a leap of faith and started requesting arcs, which was really amazing and I'm so thankful to every publisher, company and group that has sent me what I've requested and allowed me to take part in their tours!
2020 brought me some amazing books which I've decided to list for you! These are only my 5 star reads and if you're interested in knowing my other ratings be sure to follow me on Goodreads!

I love seeing the mix of different genres in this list! I've also loved seeing that some of the Historical Fiction books made it to 5 stars as that was a new genre for me this year!
See any on this list that you've read and given 5 stars? Let me know!
Fingers Crossed 2021 brings some more 5 star reads!
