About Illumicrate and my journey as a subscriber...
Illumicrate are a monthly subscription box based in the UK. They are dedicated to bringing you the best new releases and each month you'll receive a carefully curated monthly box with a newly released book and around 4-6 bookish goodies.
I've only been subscribed to Illumicrate for just over half a year and I can honestly say that the customer service provided by Illumicrate and their team is amazing. They are so on the ball with it all and are quick to update you about any little changes/delays. They are incredibly swift at replying and even getting the boxes shipped out!
The theme for September was Sinister Surroundings So let's have a look at what was inside!

The book of the month is A Deadly Education by Naomi Novik. This edition has an exclusive cover, hidden cover, sprayed edges and comes with a bound-in author letter. We also received this month's collectors pin based on the bookk which was designed by @stacey.mcevoy.caunt Synopsis Enter a school of magic unlike any you have ever encountered. My Thoughts on this month's box...
I really loved this box! I had been lucky enough to read an e-arc of A Deadly Education and absolutely loved it so getting an exclusive edition makes me incredibly happy!
I also love the cushion cover, it's so soft and the artwork is perfect and absolutely perfect. The mug as per usual is beautiful and I'm loving my collection of Rosie Thorn mugs!
Overall this was an amazing box and I cannot wait to see what Illumicrate do for next month!
